Wax to discuss daily prayer rhythms on Moody Radio show
Trevin Wax will join Chris Fabry to discuss a new liturgy designed to help listeners establish consistent devotional habits.

Trevin Wax has published a new book titled The Lord Is My Light: A Liturgy for Daily Prayer. The work aims to help readers create specific, daily routines for spiritual engagement.
Wax will discuss the book and its methodology during an upcoming appearance on Chris Fabry Live. The radio program airs on Moody Radio and is supported by its listeners.
The new publication selects specific passages from the Bible. Wax surrounds these scriptural excerpts with confessions and prayers written by believers throughout history. This structure is intended to guide users through a set devotional process.
Wax serves as vice president of resources and marketing at the North American Mission Board. He is also a visiting professor at Cedarville University. His previous roles include missionary work in Romania and teaching positions at Wheaton College and Wycliffe Hall of Oxford University.
He is a founding editor of The Gospel Project and has served as publisher for the Christian Standard Bible. Currently, he is a fellow for The Keller Center for Cultural Apologetics. His previous books include The Gospel Way Catechism, The Thrill of Orthodoxy, The Multi-Directional Leader, This Is Our Time, and Gospel Centered Teaching. He also hosts the Reconstructing Faith podcast.
Chris Fabry hosts the weekday radio segment from 2 to 3 PM CT. He is the author of more than 80 books and a member of the Christy Award Hall of Fame for Christian Fiction. His latest novel is The Forge, a novelization of the Kendrick Brothers film. He and his wife reside near Tucson, Arizona.
Listeners who support the program can receive a journaling guide by Allison Byxbe as a thank you gift for the month of November. The resource is titled Journaling as a Spiritual Practice.
